Frequently Asked Questions

Cutrix uses a credit-based system for more flexible billing. Typically, processing 1 second of video consumes about 20 credits (actual consumption may vary slightly depending on the AI model used or whether advanced editing features are enabled). Subtitle erasure adds 10 credits per second, and watermark removal adds 5 credits per second. Your credits can be used across multiple features, including video translation, subtitle erasure, and API calls.
Yes! Upon registration and login, users receive 12,000 credits (approximately 10 minutes of processing time) every month. Unused free credits do not roll over to the following month. If you need to process videos consistently, we recommend upgrading to a paid plan.
Yes. The quota for a subscription plan is valid for exactly one month from the time of payment. Any unused credits will be reset to zero at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
We do not currently support credit stacking. We suggest choosing a plan that best fits your expected usage. To maximize your benefits when upgrading, we recommend waiting until your current plan's credits are fully consumed before switching to a new tier.
The Free plan is primarily designed for experiencing Cutrix's core translation capabilities. By upgrading to the Basic plan or higher, you unlock three major features: Watermark Removal, Original Subtitle Eraser, and our powerful Edit Mode. In addition, paid users enjoy faster video processing channels and API access permissions.
The Team plan is designed for studios and creators handling high-frequency, large-volume video content. During peak server queuing times, our system prioritizes computing power for Team plan tasks, ensuring your video translation and generation are completed without long wait times.
If you deplete your subscribed plan's credits, you can easily upgrade to a higher-tier plan. If even the highest tier does not meet your high-volume needs, please contact us, and we will customize a tailored enterprise solution for you at: business@cutrix.cc
Because video processing and AI computing power incur irreversible server costs during generation, we do not offer refunds without cause once a paid plan is active. We encourage you to fully utilize the Free plan to experience the results first, and upgrade only when you are completely satisfied.
Subtitle erasure works best on videos up to 1080P and supports regular Chinese or English subtitles. If the original video contains text-based watermarks, erasure may fail or produce unstable results. Complex decorative fonts, artistic lettering, and subtitles with very thin strokes are not currently supported. Results may also be affected when subtitle backgrounds are complex or contain mixed colors.
